Founder and Managing Director Amanda Lote is an alumnus of St Johns College, Oxford Unviersity. Amanda began her Executive Search career in the city of London in 1997 and relocated to Asia in 2005. At the end of the decade she was consistently ranked highly in the Asia Money head-hunter polls. Amanda has specialised in senior financial markets Search Assignments in the Asia Pacific region for Global Investment Banks and Funds. Lote and Partners was established in 2010 and Amanda is head of the Hong Kong office.
